Hem Raj, born in 1968 in Delhi is an Indian contemporary artist. Hem Raj studied painting at the College of Art, New Delhi in 1987-1993. He has experimented with variety of mediums in his art works which is proper amalgamation of unique artistic and modernist techniques.
