R.M. Palaniappan, born on June 03,1952 in Devattal, Tamil Nadu is a renowned Indian artist. He studied Post Diploma in Industrial Design (ceramic) and a Diploma in Fine Arts (Painting) at Government College of Arts and Crafts, Chennai. His interest in science and psychology has become the subject matter of his artistic expression and his thought process is well reflected through visual analysis. The work titled as “Dancing steps on my birth day” is one of his first creative composition through which he understood his deep fascination of the moving objects.
